This week we will be pairing the 1986 debut classic London 0 Hull 4 by the Housemartins with a Virgile Joly 2018 Merlot from the Languedoc region.An opulent, rich red with a nice smooth and satisfying finish which should pair nicely with Pauls exuberant ear for melody and witty lyrics. It’s also the 4th best remaining red in the cellar.
